Manager - Production Operations & Site Reliability Engineering

Alcon is seeking a Manager for Production Operations & Site Reliability Engineering to lead the reliability, availability, and security of their Digital Health Cloud platform. This role involves driving platform resilience, automation, incident management, and cloud optimization in a regulated healthcare environment.

• Lead steady-state operations for cloud-based healthcare platforms
• Establish and improve operational standards, SLIs/SLOs
• Govern the Road to Production process across environments
• Champion SRE best practices and reduce operational toil
• Optimize cloud infrastructure for scalability, resilience, and cost
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, FDA, and cybersecurity standards
