Platform Engineer – Full-Stack and AI Engineering

Synechron is seeking a hands-on Platform Engineer to develop secure, scalable, and reliable platform capabilities for enterprise applications. This role involves full-stack development, AI engineering, and contributing to software development, AI automation, and system reliability. You will collaborate with various engineering and production teams to build innovative solutions.

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support APIs, backend services, and web applications
• Build self-service portals, platform catalogs, and engineering automation
• Develop integrations with microservices, databases, and messaging systems
• Build AI agents and LLM-enabled applications for knowledge discovery and automation
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code
• Implement high availability, observability, and resilience patterns
