Join The Access Group as a Platform Engineer in our Kuala Lumpur Global Operations Centre. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving our global infrastructure services, ensuring availability, security, and cost-effectiveness. This role involves administering VMware environments, managing storage and networking, and handling incident, problem, and change management.

What we are looking for

Administer and maintain VMware vSphere environments
Manage virtual machine lifecycle and performance
Configure and maintain VMware NSX-T for software-defined networking
Respond to and resolve platform incidents within SLA targets
Maintain accurate documentation and produce platform health reports
Experience with scripting or automation (PowerCLI, Python, Ansible) is an advantage
