Technology Platform Engineer

Accenture is seeking a Technology Platform Engineer in Bengaluru to create and manage cloud environments, deploy automation pipelines, and automate environment creation and configuration. This role focuses on enabling and operationalizing embedded AI capabilities within Oracle Engagement Cloud - Service workflows.

• Create and manage production/non-production cloud environments
• Deploy automation pipelines and automate environment creation/configuration
• Enable and operationalize embedded Oracle AI capabilities
• Run use-case discovery workshops and map business pain points to AI features
• Implement Oracle AI governance within the application
• Extend Oracle screens/processes using supported extensions/APIs
