About this role

Join the Webex Contact Center FedRAMP team as a Senior Site Reliability Infrastructure Engineer. You will deploy, operate, and maintain secure, reliable AWS and Kubernetes-based infrastructure for U.S. government customers. This role involves automating operations, ensuring platform security and compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance service reliability in a highly regulated environment.

Deploy, operate, and maintain resilient AWS and Kubernetes infrastructure
Automate operational tasks and infrastructure provisioning
Strengthen platform security and compliance for FedRAMP
Monitor service health and troubleshoot complex incidents in a 24x7 environment
Collaborate with engineering, security, and compliance teams
Experience with Python, Bash, Go, Unix/Linux, AWS, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes
