Platform Operations Engineer

Join a mission-focused team as a Platform Operations Engineer to drive the design, development, and deployment of a modern technology stack supporting intelligence operations. You will ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of a full stack, containerized microservices platform, partnering with cross-functional teams to manage system reliability, monitoring, incident response, and SLIs/SLOs.

• Ensure availability, reliability, and performance of a full stack, containerized microservices platform
• Partner with systems engineers, developers, and administrators
• Manage system reliability, performance, and capacity planning
• Leverage monitoring tools for proactive issue detection and resolution
• Lead incident triage, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
• Define and track SLIs and SLOs
