Senior Software Engineer, Platform Engineering

Join Turo's Backend Platform team as a Senior Software Engineer to build and enhance the core systems that empower our engineering organization. You will develop foundational tooling, automation, and services to improve developer workflows, system reliability, and operational excellence across the company. This is a hands-on role for engineers passionate about solving complex, systemic problems and creating scalable, durable solutions.

• Design, build, and maintain platform tooling, automation, and services
• Contribute to foundational backend systems and shared services
• Improve observability across backend services
• Partner with engineering teams to identify and solve platform gaps
• Build and improve internal developer workflows and automation
• 5+ years of experience in backend, platform, or infrastructure engineering
