About this role
As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will ensure the seamless operation of critical IT systems that support business functions. You will focus on unifying communications, messaging, and identity to create an exceptional user experience, while also serving as an escalation point for the Service Desk team.
What we are looking for 6
- Server administration for Windows and Linux environments
- Manage infrastructure incident support queues and operations
- Experience with Active Directory, DNS, VMWare, and firewalls
- Proficiency in identity and user management solutions (Azure or 3rd party)
- 7-10 years of experience in Windows and Linux OS configuration and management
- 5-7 years of experience with automation scripting (PowerShell)
