Infrastructure Support Engineer

Plane is seeking a hands-on DevOps Support & Testing Engineer to manage their Kubernetes-based infrastructure. You will provide Tier-2 support, troubleshoot production issues, and respond to community inquiries on Discord and GitHub. This role involves testing infrastructure changes, documenting solutions, and participating in on-call rotations.

• Provide Tier-2 support for Kubernetes and Docker infrastructure
• Monitor and resolve production deployment, scaling, and performance issues
• Triage and respond to community issues on Discord and GitHub
• Conduct end-to-end testing of infrastructure changes and CI/CD pipelines
• Document support resolutions and create runbooks
• Collaborate with engineering on infra improvements and participate in on-call rotations
