What we are looking for

Lead and develop a team of DevOps/Platform Engineers
Provide technical leadership for enterprise engineering and DevOps platforms (GitHub, Jira, Artifactory, etc.)
Own operational service delivery for supported platforms, ensuring reliability and performance
Lead strategic initiatives, upgrades, migrations, and platform enhancements
Solve complex CI/CD challenges and manage platform risks
Align services and engineering with enterprise standards, security, and architectural principles
