About this role

Upstart is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join their Cloud Platform team within the Reliability organization. This role focuses on building and operating shared cloud infrastructure, including Kubernetes (EKS), AWS, and developer tooling, to ensure reliability, scalability, and security. You will partner with SRE, InfoSec, and ML teams to enhance platform performance, developer experience, and cost efficiency.

What we are looking for

Design and operate Kubernetes (EKS) clusters
Evolve AWS infrastructure and network architecture
Build and maintain infrastructure-as-code with Terraform/CDK
Implement GitOps workflows with ArgoCD
Improve platform reliability and performance
Drive cost efficiency initiatives
