Senior DevOps Engineer

Mastercard's Xborder team seeks a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to enhance system reliability, scalability, and performance. This role involves partnering with engineering teams to embed SRE principles throughout the software lifecycle, focusing on automation, incident response, and continuous improvement.

• Improve the entire lifecycle of services from inception to refinement
• Analyze ITSM activities and provide feedback on operational gaps
• Support services through system design, capacity planning, and launch reviews
• Maintain live services by monitoring availability, latency, and system health
• Scale systems sustainably through automation and drive reliability improvements
• Practice sustainable incident response and blameless postmortems
