About this role
As a Lead Engineer, you will be the senior technical leader for Cloud Engineering in Chile, focusing on designing and building robust AWS infrastructure and automation. This hands-on role involves mentoring engineers, owning major platform initiatives, and driving the adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices to enhance our CI/CD pipelines and operational efficiency.
What we are looking for 6
- 7+ years in cloud infrastructure/platform engineering with 2+ years leading teams
- Deep hands-on AWS experience with core services (IAM, EC2, VPC, EKS, Lambda)
- Expertise in infrastructure as code (CloudFormation/Terraform) and Kubernetes
- Proficiency in Python, Bash scripting, and CI/CD pipelines
- Practical experience with AI-assisted engineering tools and AI agents
- Strong understanding of cloud security in regulated environments
