Senior Financial Analyst, Manufacturing

Kraft Heinz is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead financial planning and reporting for a manufacturing plant. This role involves developing annual operating plans, forecasting costs, analyzing variances, and ensuring financial integrity and internal controls. The analyst will be a key member of the plant leadership team, contributing to financial performance and process improvements.

• Lead annual operating plan development and cost standard updates
• Manage weekly and monthly reporting of actual and forecasted costs
• Analyze and interpret direct expense variances
• Identify and quantify savings from continuous improvement initiatives
• Oversee month-end close process and financial analysis
• Ensure accuracy of operational BOM and inventory controls
