Own and define overall technical architecture for Oracle Utilities CC&B solutions
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Lead technical design for CC&B configuration, customization, extensions, and integrations
Design and review integration architecture between CC&B and external systems
Provide technical leadership for CC&B Framework, SDK, Java, SQL, and database solutions
Establish and enforce technical standards, development guidelines, and best practices
