Intermediate Site Reliability Engineer

Axos is seeking an Intermediate Site Reliability Engineer in Manila to support and enhance the reliability, availability, and performance of critical banking applications. You will collaborate with various teams to resolve issues, improve monitoring, and drive operational efficiencies, requiring strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.

• Support production activities for business-critical applications and services
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application and system issues
• Monitor application and infrastructure health, analyze alerts
• Collaborate with business users, developers, and infrastructure teams
• Implement fixes, configuration updates, and operational improvements
• Contribute to automation initiatives for operational efficiency
