Systems Engineer

RTX is seeking a Systems Engineer to join their IT support team in Gloucester, UK. This onsite, full-time role involves maintaining a reliable IT environment, supporting engineers and business units, and ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, networks, and critical systems. The position requires the ability to obtain SC and eDV clearance.

• Perform routine maintenance, patching, and updates of the IT estate
• Provide technical support to end users
• Manage user accounts and system access
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and asset inventory
• Experience with endpoint management software
• Administration of Atlassian JIRA and Confluence

• Requires a Secret security clearance.
