About this role
As a Site Reliability Engineer at Guidewire, you will ensure the stability and efficiency of our cloud platform and insurance products. You'll collaborate with development teams, automate critical tasks, and enhance system reliability through monitoring and proactive issue resolution. This role is key to supporting our global customer base and their daily transactions.

- Automate deployment tasks and enhance system reliability
- Monitor and optimize application performance on Guidewire Cloud Platform
- Develop and maintain observability tools and self-healing mechanisms
- Participate in on-call rotations for critical production systems
- Proficient in Python/Go, Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS
- Experience with CI/CD tools and microservice-based environments
