About this role

ePlus Technology is seeking a Cloud Operations Engineer to support customers running workloads in public cloud environments, focusing on Azure. You will be responsible for deploying, automating, managing, and maintaining Azure production environments, ensuring their availability, performance, security, and scalability. This role involves system troubleshooting, validation of customer deployments, and providing recommendations for architecture and process improvements.

What we are looking for

Deploy, automate, manage, and maintain Azure production environments
Ensure availability, performance, security, governance, and scalability of Azure systems
Troubleshoot complex public cloud technical issues
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes systems administration
Participate in an on-call rotation
