Systems Engineer I

RTX is seeking a Systems Engineer I to join their team in Tucson, AZ. This role involves working across the full product lifecycle, from concept to deployment, on mission-critical defense systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, analyze data, and implement solutions, ensuring seamless system functionality.

• Update, maintain, and improve requirements
• Develop system architecture and models using Model Based Systems Engineering
• Perform test planning, integration, and verification
• Integrate hardware and software into tactical systems
• Troubleshoot and analyze hardware, software, and system issues
• Perform data analysis for system performance and requirements verification
