Lead Software Engineer Developer - DevSecOps

Lead the design, development, and implementation of secure software delivery pipelines for advanced aerospace platforms. You will architect and execute DevSecOps activities across the full software lifecycle, ensuring robust security, quality, and accelerated delivery for mission-critical systems.

• Lead DevSecOps activities across build, test, deployment, and sustainment workflows
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines with integrated security automation
• Develop and maintain automation for builds, testing, and release processes
• Drive secure coding practices and pipeline quality gates
• Troubleshoot integration, deployment, and runtime issues
• Mentor team members on DevSecOps and secure development best practices
