Director of Platform Engineering

Sonic Healthcare USA is seeking a Director of Platform Engineering to lead the design, delivery, and modernization of enterprise infrastructure. This role involves overseeing data centers, cloud and hybrid environments, platform reliability, and automation to support critical clinical and business operations.

• Develop and execute enterprise platform engineering roadmap and infrastructure strategy
• Lead design, management, and modernization of data centers, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure
• Drive cloud adoption, infrastructure automation, and IaC initiatives
• Establish disaster recovery and business continuity strategies
• Manage strategic vendor relationships, contracts, and budgets
• Lead and develop high-performing engineering teams
