About this role

HARMAN is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to provide technical guidance and support for enterprise applications. You will be responsible for incident response, root cause analysis, and leading automation opportunities to improve system reliability and performance. This role requires strong agile practices and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

What we are looking for

Act as Subject Matter Expert for connected vehicle products
Serve as technical liaison between clients and engineering teams
Identify and lead automation opportunities
Drive P0/P1 triage bridges to resolve incidents within SLA
Own and resolve assigned customer cases within SLAs
Create technical documentation and procedures
