ServiceNow Platform Engineer

As a ServiceNow Platform Engineer, you will provide expert technical and consultative support, analyzing, designing, and developing systems based on user specifications. You will maintain an in-depth knowledge of development tools, stay current with industry trends, and potentially lead projects or train junior staff.

• Manage and resolve issues against ServiceNow applications
• Advise on process and technology inefficiencies within the platform
• Perform routine maintenance, performance monitoring, and error remediation
• Maintain and improve platform stability using best practices
• Manage instance security, user access, roles, and ACLs
• Provide platform training and knowledge sharing
