Senior Site Reliability Engineer (DevTools)

Visa is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer/Software Engineer to ensure the reliability and performance of their cloud platform and development tools. You will support critical developer tools, maintain CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with engineering teams to enhance automation and implement best practices for high availability.

• Support developers using tools like GitHub, Jenkins, Jira, and Artifactory
• Troubleshoot and resolve tool-related issues to minimize downtime
• Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines for reliability and scalability
• Design, implement, and maintain systems for high availability
• Monitor and improve application reliability through proactive measures
• Participate in on-call rotations and drive root cause analysis
