Senior System Engineer

Iron Mountain is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to provide on-site support at their Royersford imaging center. This role involves managing critical IT infrastructure, ensuring system availability, handling escalations, and onboarding new customers. You will also optimize processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Provide on-site support for imaging center and central environments
• Manage and maintain critical hardware and software
• Ensure system availability and adherence to SLAs
• Handle technical escalations and participate in on-call rotation
• Onboard new customers and process change requests
• Optimize IT processes and collaborate with DevOps teams

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• Requires a Public Trust security clearance.
