About this role
Patient First is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer II to manage and advance their hybrid cloud infrastructure, focusing on a standardized Azure platform. This role involves deploying and managing Azure environments, implementing Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, and integrating CI/CD pipelines. You will also support existing Windows/Linux systems and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
What we are looking for
