Lead Site Reliability Engineer

Lead Site Reliability Engineers at Disney Experiences are responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of critical platforms that power guest interactions. This role involves guiding other engineers, setting technical direction, and architecting cloud-native and hybrid infrastructures to maintain highly available and secure digital and physical experiences.

• Architect, design, and build scalable, secure infrastructure and platforms
• Lead DevOps and SRE practices, championing CI/CD and automation
• Serve as SRE subject matter expert and technical lead for assigned products
• Identify root causes of operational issues and lead incident response
• Develop and enhance automation, scripts, and Infrastructure as Code
• Mentor, train, and guide other engineers
