System Engineer

Lead the development of technical requirements and system architectures for Electronic Warfare (EW) mission systems supporting US Government and foreign military programs. This role requires a blend of software-centric systems engineering, EW domain knowledge, and the ability to decompose complex requirements across multidisciplinary teams.

• Develop and manage system baselines including functional, performance, and interface requirements
• Translate EW operational concepts into technical requirements for system behavior
• Develop and document system and software architectures for EW mission requirements
• Serve as primary technical interface between system-level engineering and specialized engineering teams
• Apply software-centric systems engineering and DevSecOps practices
• Requires 5+ years of experience in EW systems development, integration, or operations

• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

• Requires a Ts Sci security clearance.
