Senior Low Observables (LO) Mission Systems Integration Engineer

Boeing is seeking a Senior Low Observables (LO) Mission Systems Integration Engineer to lead design, integration, analysis, and testing of LO materials and systems. This role requires advanced computational electromagnetic (CEM) solver expertise, independent execution of complex tasks, and the ability to mentor junior engineers.

• Lead design, modeling, and analysis of LO materials and integrated mission systems
• Apply CEM solvers to model antennas, apertures, radomes, and LO treatments
• Drive integration of LO treatments with system constraints and mitigate risks
• Plan and execute laboratory and field tests, leading data collection and validation
• Develop and validate predictive models, reconciling simulations with measurements
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical oversight
