Design, deploy, and support enterprise voice communication utilizing VOIP
Manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) program
Design and deploy conference room and meeting collaboration solutions
Provide tier 3 resolution for all communications issues
Experience with Avaya, Vocera, PatientKeeper, and Microsoft Teams desired
Familiarity with Contact Center solutions
