About this role
GDIT is seeking a Lead Platform Engineer to spearhead the creation and maintenance of a Software Factory capability for the US Space Force. You will lead the deployment and management of Azure cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes environments, integrating essential DevSecOps tools like Jira and GitLab. This role involves architecting CI/CD pipelines, providing technical leadership, and coaching teams on DevSecOps best practices.
What we are looking for
6- Lead Azure cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes environment deployment and management
- Architect and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Infrastructure as Code
- Deploy and configure DevSecOps tools including Jira, Confluence, and GitLab
- Provide technical leadership and coaching for DevSecOps teams
- Experience with containerization, Kubernetes, and Linux-based systems
- Must possess a DoD Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS
