System Engineer (Senior)

Boeing Defense, Space & Security is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to lead systems architecture development for a rapid development program. This role involves creating and maintaining interface control documents, developing system architecture artifacts, and managing system-level requirements throughout the lifecycle. You will apply MBSE practices and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architectural coherence and timely delivery.

• Lead systems architecture development on a rapid development program
• Create and maintain interface control documents (ICDs)
• Develop and maintain system architecture artifacts
• Elicit, write, analyze, and manage system-level requirements
• Apply MBSE practices and tools (SysML, Cameo, MagicDraw)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (software, hardware, verification, test)
