Senior Product Designer II - Consumer Experiences

Compass is seeking a Senior Product Designer to craft consumer-facing web and mobile experiences that serve as the entry point to their real estate platform. You will collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to design intuitive and user-centric journeys for homebuyers and sellers, ensuring a seamless experience across multiple brands.

• Design consumer-facing experiences for web and mobile platforms
• Lead discovery and research to understand user behaviors and pain points
• Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
• Ensure design consistency across a multi-brand ecosystem
