Senior Product Designer II - Consumer Experiences

Design consumer-facing web and mobile experiences for a real estate platform, acting as the primary touchpoint for home buyers and sellers. Collaborate with Product and Engineering to create intuitive and user-centric designs across multiple brands, simplifying complex journeys and connecting users with professionals.

• Lead discovery and research to understand consumer behaviors and pain points
• Design intuitive consumer experiences across search, listings, and agent connections
• Create journey maps, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for web and mobile
• Ensure consistency and brand coherence across a multi-brand ecosystem
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing stakeholders on strategy and execution
