Product Designer, ICHRA

Oscar is seeking a Product Designer to join their Product Design team. You will design and ship tools that help employers manage health plan contributions for their employees, focusing on the ICHRA experience within the Lucie ecosystem. This role involves collaborating cross-functionally from discovery through delivery to create a consistent and intuitive user experience.

• Design and ship tools for employer health plan contribution management
• Focus on shaping the ICHRA experience within the Lucie ecosystem
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders
• Drive a consistent, scalable, and intuitive user experience
• Partner closely with a Senior Product Designer
• Utilize AI-assisted tools like Claude Code alongside Figma
