Staff Product Designer, Dasher Growth

Join DoorDash as a Staff Product Designer on the Core Dasher team, focusing on growing and retaining the Dasher community. You will lead 0→1 opportunities from strategy to launch, partnering with cross-functional teams to build impactful experiences for Dashers. This role offers a hybrid work model with 1-2 days per week in our San Francisco or New York City design hubs.

• Define projects with a clear point of view and synthesize business/customer inputs
• Bring clarity to ambiguous, cross-team problems and drive prioritization
• Shape key projects from concept through execution, guiding design direction
• Design solutions spanning multiple workflows and contribute to shared tools
• Build trusted relationships and influence roadmaps through evidence-based thinking
