Senior Product Designer - Vice President

iCapital is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead user experience initiatives on their fintech platform. This role involves owning the design process from research to prototyping, leveraging data to inform decisions, and collaborating with product and engineering teams. The position requires strong systems-thinking skills and experience with modern design tools.

• Own the full UX design process
• Rely on qualitative and quantitative data to drive design decisions
• Create pixel-perfect designs and prototypes leveraging iCapital’s Design System
• Collaborate effectively with Product Managers and Engineering teams
• Lead, coach and mentor other designers on the team
• Experience in FinTech, WealthTech, or complex enterprise platforms is a plus
