Senior Manager, User Research - Games

Netflix Games is looking for a Manager, User Experience Research to lead and scale their playtesting capabilities for cloud and mobile games. This role involves defining and implementing a playtesting strategy, managing research sessions, and mentoring a team of researchers. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in games research, leadership, and driving cross-functional alignment in a fast-paced environment.

• Define and drive playtesting strategy for Netflix Games
• Manage research sessions including moderated testing, closed tests, and open betas
• Lead and mentor a team of UX researchers
• Partner with Consumer Insights and game development teams
