About this role

Agoda is seeking a Senior Product Designer to enhance the core guest experience by transforming concepts into engaging interactive solutions for a global audience. You will define and elevate the guest booking experience across Agoda's products, working within the Customer Experience Group to help customers resolve booking issues and reduce friction. This role involves leading the direction and execution of customer-centric experiences.

What we are looking for

Define solutions to elevate the guest booking experience
Transform concepts into engaging interactive experiences
Design self-service tools for customer issue resolution
Lead direction and execution of customer-centric experiences
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers
5+ years of UX/Interaction design experience
