About this role

The Points Guy is building its first in-house UX Research team and seeking a Senior UX Researcher to establish research standards and represent the user's voice. This role involves owning research initiatives from planning to impact, synthesizing data into actionable insights, and collaborating cross-functionally with product, design, and data teams.

What we are looking for

Own end-to-end research initiatives from planning to deliverables
Translate research insights into strategic recommendations and impact
Collaborate with Data/Analytics to connect qualitative and quantitative findings
Manage multiple research initiatives across product squads
Build strong relationships across Product, Design, Content, Partnerships, and Data
Provide informal mentorship to newer researchers
