Design Director

Mammoth Brands is seeking a Design Director to lead the visual identity and brand systems for their Lume and Mando brands. This player-coach role requires a strong point of view, hands-on craft, and the ability to mentor a growing design team. You will be responsible for packaging, digital, retail, and social creative, driving major brand moments and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

• Lead and maintain brand identity and packaging systems for Lume and Mando
• Build and document scalable design systems and workflows
• Concept and lead major brand moments and campaigns
• Mentor and develop the design team through feedback and coaching
• Own visual language across packaging, digital, retail, and social
• Player-coach role requiring hands-on execution and team direction
