Director of Brand & Product Design

Human Agency is seeking a Director of Brand & Product Design to lead brand identity and product design for clients navigating AI's impact on their offerings. This role requires a builder-first mindset and the ability to own the full design arc, from initial brand exploration to usable design systems and web/product experiences. You will leverage AI tools to enhance your workflow and collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams.

• Lead brand identity and visual direction from concept to delivery
• Build design systems from the ground up, including components, documentation, and governance
• Own end-to-end web and product design, from IA to final specs
• Actively use AI tools to accelerate and refine design processes
• Present and defend design decisions to client stakeholders
• Collaborate with engineers, strategists, and AI practitioners for seamless handoffs
