Bank of America's Experience Design team is seeking an Experience Designer (XD) I to create world-class digital experiences for consumer banking and payments. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, innovative, and inclusive digital solutions across web and mobile platforms.

• Design and deliver best-in-class digital experiences from concept to execution
• Apply product design capabilities across user experience and visual design
• Partner with product management, engineering, and other design disciplines
• Create developer-ready low- to high-fidelity artifacts and prototypes
• Design digital experiences for web, mobile web, and native apps
• Support user testing and leverage research insights to enhance customer journeys
