Director, Experience Design

Proto is seeking a Director of Experience Design to lead innovation and transformation for large organizations. This hands-on role involves owning the experience direction on demanding engagements, translating user needs and technical possibilities into coherent, usable solutions. You will set design strategy, create artifacts like behavior maps and prototypes, lead client decision-making, and manage a design team.
