About this role

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Sr. UX Designer to shape player experiences across the PlayStation ecosystem. You will design intuitive and scalable solutions for account management, safety, and cross-device continuity, collaborating with global teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.

What we are looking for

Own UX for core platform surfaces, systems, or journeys
Lead design from concept through launch across multiple platforms
Translate complex constraints into intuitive user experiences
Define interaction models and scalable UI frameworks
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Research to shape strategy
Mentor designers and elevate craft and systems thinking
