Graphic Designer

Coupang is seeking a Senior Designer to lead visual execution for major e-commerce campaigns and create compelling customer experiences. You will shape campaign concepts, mentor junior designers, and translate business objectives into impactful visual solutions, balancing creativity with a data-driven approach.

• Lead creative development and execution of major e-commerce campaigns
• Own visual direction for high-impact on-site experiences
• Design and produce on-site creative assets
• Develop category-specific creative solutions
• Partner closely with Marketing, Category Management, and Product teams
• Provide guidance and creative direction to Junior Designers
