Lead UX design initiatives for Insulet's Omnipod mobile applications, focusing on creating world-class, accessible user experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and translate high-level visions into compelling digital products for people living with diabetes.

• Lead tactical and innovation UX initiatives for Android and iOS mobile applications
• Define safe, effective, and delightful user experiences using industry-standard tools
• Collaborate with User Research and Human Factors teams for iterative testing
• Communicate design concepts and vision to all levels of the company
• Drive innovation in UX process, tools, and design language
• Mentor junior staff and evangelize UX design across the company
