Member of Design Staff - Product

Arena is seeking an experienced Product Designer to craft intuitive product experiences for their AI evaluation platform. You will own the end-to-end design of new features, partnering with engineering, product, and research to explore, prototype, and ship innovative products. This role is ideal for someone comfortable with ambiguity, simplifying complexity, and building products from scratch.

• Lead end-to-end design of new features and products
• Prototype new ideas, write proposals and specs
• Partner with engineering on scope and implementation
• Track feedback and data, iterate post-launch
• Develop and expand design system for consistency
