UX/Product Designer (AVP)

Citi is seeking a UX/Product Designer to transform their HR apps and systems. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to design intuitive and seamless digital experiences, from ideation through high-fidelity design, ensuring accessibility and adherence to design systems. This role requires a passion for user-centered design and the ability to elevate everyday working moments through effective digital solutions.

• Design digital products for HR apps and systems
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
• Collaborate with research, product, and engineering teams
• Ensure designs follow best practices and accessibility standards (ADA/WCAG)
• Work with established Design Systems and AI-enabled design tools
• Provide ongoing support to engineering and contribute to the UX community
