Senior Designer, Ministry of National Development (MND)

Lead the end-to-end user experience for digital products supporting Singapore's Ministry of National Development. You will shape problem framing, user journeys, and design direction from discovery through delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create user-centric government digital services.

• Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for public-facing websites, mobile apps, and backend systems
• Shape problem framing, user journeys, and design direction from discovery to delivery
• Collaborate with product managers and engineering leads
• Contribute to and evolve design patterns aligned with Government Digital Service Standards
• Apply user research and testing expertise (qualitative and quantitative)
• Translate complex requirements into elegant interfaces and engaging flows
